• Arrival and departure times must be respected.
• The accommodation must be respected and returned in good condition, following the recommendations sent the day before departure.
• After each departure, the accommodation is carefully inspected, and any damage may be charged to the tenant if their responsibility is established.
• Cancellations are subject to the conditions stipulated at the time of booking.
• .You have up to 30 days before your arrival to receive a 100% refund, up to 15 days before your arrival for a 50% refund; beyond that, the payment is retained.
• The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation.
